IRONMAN Hamburg Results – Gary
Congratulation to Gary Cattell for finishing IRONMAN Hamburg. It’s a huge achievement for us!
It was his second IRONMAN finish. He was faster compared to the last year’s race (different race)
During a 28 weeks journey, we had 3 podiums from all 3 triathlon races.
*1st podium of Super League Triathlon Poznan (1/2 distance)
*3rd podium of IRONMAN 5150 Warsaw
and
*2nd podium of Sieraków triathlon.
*plus the finisher medals of Boston marathon and Warsaw half marathon.
Gary rarely missed a workout during the 28 weeks. He was experienced enough to know that he had to stay consistent and disciplined. He didn’t need motivation before swim, bike, run or any other workouts because he is Gary!. He is motivated always and he motivates other athletes. You are a hero Gary.
