I have been training with Hadi for a few years, actively preparing for triathlon races for about two seasons. In just 1.5 years, I became one of the best cyclists in TRI in Poland and Europe. During races, I easily maintained average speeds of 44-45 km/h (even up to 46.5 km/h) over the 1/2 IM distance. Recently, I moved from an Age Group (AG) athlete to qualifying for PRO (though I never signed up for PRO), effortlessly competing with PRO athletes while balancing my IT job and Hadi’s training.
Regarding Hadi, besides the well-prepared and detailed training plans, I could always count on his mental support, training adjustments for race plans, and personalized approach (my plans were not a copy made for multiple athletes). He also helped with selecting the type and amount of food and drink before, during, and after races, calculating the proportions of carbohydrates and micronutrients with medical precision.
In summary, you won’t find anyone better. Through my experience, I have met many athletes and coaches, and I can confirm that few have as professional and scientific an approach as Hadi.
